All Tractors sold on “as is where is basis”.
Please inspect actual vehicle before submitting a bid.
Bids once submitted cannot be cancelled. Please verify the amount properly before submitting.
Yard Charges are to be paid by Buyer.
A Charge of Rs.2000/- has to be paid by all buyers on approval of an asset in auction.
Backout Charges – Rs.10000/- per Tractor.
Approved Sale Amount in Full has to be deposited to Financier within 48 hours of approval.
MeraTractor or The Financier will not be responsible for Transfer or Registration of Vehicle.
Vehicle Release may take between 72 to 96 Hours in some cases, depending on the situation of the branch
